Shipping and Returns

How do I return an item?

We have a new 30-day return policy. For any questions, please email us at info@happypawpet.shop.

If I'm not happy with a product, how do I return an item for a full refund?

If you are ever dissatisfied with any item for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. All we ask is that the item is returned within 30 days of receiving it and is in its original/new condition. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. If you received free delivery, your refund will be minus the outgoing postage charge.

What do I do if I have been sent the wrong item?

All parcels are carefully packed by our delivery team and double-checked, but in the unlikely event you receive the wrong item, please call or email us at info@happypawpet.shop. Leave the parcel in the exact condition it arrived, and we will arrange for a return or collection. We will send you a replacement item immediately.

Please note, we cannot send a replacement if the package has been opened, so be sure to check your order before opening.

What do I do if my order has been stolen, missing, or delivered damaged/faulty?

All items we send are fully insured. If your order is damaged, faulty, stolen, or missing, please call us within 14 days.

If the item is damaged, take photos of the parcel in the exact condition it arrived and email them to us. We may require the items to be returned, so please keep them until we get back to you. If we need the items returned, we will organize a courier to collect them at no extra charge.

If you cannot provide proof of damage, we may be unable to refund or send a replacement.
